The contract will be signed and concluded this Friday, March 8, 2019 by and between DJ Mike Batte and client Jane Rubio, the two parties having agreed on the following terms. The customer is required to ensure that all participants in the event treat the DJ and all devices on site with respect. In the event that a participant acts in a manner deemed dangerous, threatening or inappropriate by the DJ, the DJ agrees to give the client the opportunity to correct the behaviour. If the problem persists, the DJ can stop providing DJ services and evacuate the event without warning. In this case, the customer is fully responsible for the full payment of the fees specified in this contract. Article II.
